By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by us to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer”, “you” or “your”.

These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit the -exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products & Packaging

Images of the products shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website on occasion. Images may not be used without consent from KAJO By Design Ltd in advance.

Due to the artisanal handcrafted nature of our products and the fact they are 100% natural, please accept that there may be very slight variations in colour, size and shape. We create our candles, soaps and diffusers in small, highly controlled batches to ensure the very best results.


Online payments are made in a secure environment. Payments must be made in sterling and by credit or debit card. 


At KAJO, our orders are processed Monday to Friday via Hermes for just £3.95 delivered within 2 to 5 days.

We offer FREE UK standard delivery for all orders placed over £75

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days of being placed.  Please be noted that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.)

Please be aware that delivery times may be extended during certain busy periods (sale periods, holidays and Christmas). We will however always let you know if we are aware of any potential delay. 


As product information is clearly described in each listing, KAJO By Design does not offer a refund due to change of mind.

At KAJO By Design, we would love for you to be  happy with your purchases.  Each product is inspected throughly before leaving our headquarters and candle and diffuser products are clearly marked with a 'Fragile' Sticker before posting.

If you should receive any damaged/faulty item(s), please keep all of the original packaging and products and notify us within 48 hours at info@kajobydesign.co.uk with your name, address, order number and details of the fault including photographic evidence. Due to the nature of some of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges on any soaps that have been used. 


If KAJO believe that the item is faulty, we will proceed with either a replacement or a credit note in the form of an e-voucher.

The cost of returning all unwanted items are your responsibility, all returns should be securely packaged and sent to the following address:

The last date for Christmas orders is 18/12/19.  Please be aware that we will be closing down for some well earned rest between 19/12/19 - 02/01/20.  During this time we will not be taking any orders.  Any orders placed between this time will be processed when we re-open in the New Year on 02/01/2020.  


The risk in the goods will pass to the customer on delivery.  Our candles and diffusers all come with care instruction cards.  This information can also be found on our website within the safety advice section of each product page.
